Cheddar Burger Mac & Cheese with Broccoli Bowls
Dehydrated meal bowls are fully cooked and dehydrated to preserve the nutrients. To prepare the meal bowl:
Microwave method: 1. Peel back the lid and fill cup to water line with warm water. Add oil packet and Stir well. Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow food to begin rehydration. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and replace cover. Microwave for 1 minute. Let rest for 5 minutes , stir well and enjoy.
Hot Water Method: Add boiled hot water to the fill line , add oil packet and stir well. Let sit for at least 10 minutes to rehydrate. Enjoy!Custom orders accepted for 5 or more 3-packs.
