Zesty Ziti with Turkey Burger and Kale Greens

STIR! STIR! STIR!  Be sure to stir well before and after adding water and putting in the microwave.  Then allow the heated food to sit and rehydrate for at least 10-12 minutes until it reaches desired consistency.  Dehydrated meal bowls are fully cooked and dehydrated to preserve most of the nutrients.  To prepare the meal bowl: 1. Peel back the lid and fill cup to water line with warm water. Add oil packet and stir well.  Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow food to begin rehydration. 2. Then, Microwave on high for 2 minutes.  Let rest for 5 minutes, stir well and enjoy. Meals can also be prepared by adding boiled water and letting the cups sit covered for 10 minutes.
